‘ACCESS to the VENUE Campus

E JR Tsurumai station is eight minutes from Nagoya station by train.
(JR Chuo line).

E The venue is NOT on the main campus in Kasugai-city.

E It is located in the center of Nagoya city.

‘Floor plan for lectures and symposia

E  There are vending machines inside the venue building
   (on the first floor, in the lobby on the fifth floor: two places)
   and at the station near the building to buy hot/cold drinks,
   and snacks.
E  There is a smoking area on the first floor outside of the building .

‘Drinks and meals
E  There  is a coffee shop on the first floor inside the building
   (Sunday is closed).
E  There are small restaurants alongside the railway within a few
    minutes walk.
E  There is KIOSK where you can buy snacks, drinks, etc., just opposite
   to the venue building.
Important NOTES
œ@Whenever you enter the building, please always wear the name tag. If youparticipate in social events, please do the same.
œ  Children are NOT allowed to enter the venue building except for specialcases..
œ@Your accompanying person is NOT allowed to enter the venue buildingexcept for special cases..
